On - line Intercultural Competence Training

The details requested below regard practices intended to ease the access to services by third country nationals (one for employees training, one for action plans on integration and one for the implementation of one-stop-shops). One PRACTICE DETAILS questionnaire per practice considered must be filled. In the event the practice has been in place for years, answers must concern the last ended period of its development.

For the purpose of EMILL, a practice is intended as a single activity that is carried out by one particular organisation on a defined territory. Please note that for the grid on action plans, we consider different action plans in the same grid. The one referred to in the PRACTICE parts of the questionnaire is the one being benchmarked. Action plans referred to in the CONTEXT parts regard other action plans that are contemporarily being carried out (and that the one considered as a practice may supplement in some respects) at national, regional or local level.
